Stress the return of the Christmas holidays?
Here are some tips to recover over!!
Back from vacation for at least 2 days before returning to work (still on holiday but will be closer to his life);
Organise a dinner with colleagues, and if possible also with his boss. If the contrary is at the top of the company do the opposite, or organize a dinner with dependents (but not a business dinner, better pizza or fast food restaurant, to teach his human side);
The afternoon before returning to rest more and get up an hour earlier. Do everything in stride, they will be still on holiday but at home;
During the morning preparations, like shaving or dressing, do not feel stupid … you smile in the mirror!
If possible bring chocolates to the office for you and your colleagues, your work smile remembering that if they went on holiday is because of what they are going to do, love their work and love themselves.
